Lycoming County HOW (Helping Our Warriors) is a non-profit 501(c)3 dedicated to
helping military members and veterans living in Lycoming County Pennsylvania.
Our mission is to find, fund and assist military (active and veteran) members with
costs necessary, and not covered by other agencies, to live a healthy life.
